Shortcut Action - Rename Album
Renames an album or folder in a photo library.
Parameters

| Album | Album | Yes | The album or folder to rename. |
| New Name | Text | Yes | The new name for the album or folder. |
Result
The renamed album.
Example Shortcuts
- Add date range to album title — Lets you select one or more albums and renames the album to append the date range of the photos it contains, e.g. “My Album” -> “My Album (3/14/2023-5/12/2025)”
