Shortcut Action - Find Library
The Find Library action lets you search for libraries in your library list using a variety of filters. You can filter by name, library type, photo count, and more, and combine multiple filters to find exactly the libraries you need.
Filters
You can combine any number of these filters to narrow down the results.
| Filter | Comparisons | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Name | is, contains | The library’s name. |
| Path | is, contains | The file path to the library on disk. |
| Library Type | is | The type of library (Photos, iPhoto, or Aperture). |
| Photo Count | is, less than, greater than | The number of photos in the library. |
| Video Count | is, less than, greater than | The number of videos in the library. |
Sorting
Results can be sorted by the following properties, in either ascending or descending order:
- Name
- Photo Count
- Video Count
Result
A list of libraries matching the specified filters.
Example Shortcuts
- Remove all empty libraries — Finds all libraries that have no photos or videos and removes them from the PowerPhotos library list.
