Shortcut Action - Create New Library
Creates a new, empty photo library at a specified location and adds it to the PowerPhotos library list.
Parameters

| Folder | File | Required | The folder where the new library will be created. |
| Name | Text | Required | The name for the new library. |
Result
The newly created library.
