Lost serial numbers
If you've purchased a product from Fat Cat Software in the past but have lost track of your serial number, visit this page to have your order history e-mailed to you.
Troubleshooting
If you're having an issue with any Fat Cat Software products, first be sure to follow these basic troubleshooting steps:
- Check to see if you're running the latest version of the software. You can check to see if there is a newer version available by selecting the "Check For Updates" menu item within the program. It is often the case that a problem has already been addressed in an update, and downloading the latest version fixes the problem.
- Read through the FAQ to see if there is already a known solution. Links to FAQs for each program can be found to the right.

If you're having a problem with iPhoto Library Manager, if you have a request for a new feature, or even if you just have a general question about working with iPhoto and iPhoto Library Manager, feel free to e-mail support@fatcatsoftware.com. When contacting support, please make sure to include the version of iPhoto Library Manager you're running, the version of OS X you're using, and the version of iPhoto that you have installed.
If you're having a problem or question about PowerTunes, you can submit a detailed support request via the "Contact Support" item in the Help menu from within the program, or e-mail support@fatcatsoftware.com. When contacting support, please make sure to include the version of PowerTunes you're running, the version of OS X you're using, and the version of iTunes that you have installed.
If you have an issue or feedback for PlistEdit Pro, please e-mail support@fatcatsoftware.com. Again, please include what version of PlistEdit Pro you're using, along with your version of OS X.
