Apple totally stole my line!

I was looking through the Mac OS X Server section of Apple’s website, which has also been updated with Leopard info in the last couple days, when I saw this:

Apple - Mac OS X Server - Features - File Sharing-1.jpg

Hmmmm, this is seeming awfully familiar… where might I have seen this before?

Yeah, OK, my evidence is a little slim…. so far. But I’ve got my eye on you, Apple!

LOL, yeah and if you look at the bottom of the page they also stole your “Copyright 2007″ verbiage too! In todays world I am sure you could claim rights to something as ambiguous as “Share and share alike”, which I am sure I heard for the first time in kindergarten.

Thanks for my morning chuckle. :)

Hey, if you ever find a solution to iPhoto managing a 10,000 image library contained on a LAN disk (one connected to Airport extreme to be exact), and doing it well without dumping 75% of my library at any given moment, I would love to hear about.

Give me a break. Just do a Google search for that phrase and you’ll see it is pretty common.

For the record, this is totally tongue-in-cheek. And any resemblance between my icon for that item and the icon for the Sharing pane in Apple’s system preferences is totally coincidental. :-)
